  1. You state cost savings as one of the pro’s but that’s a fallacy. I’ve worked in IT for over 30+ years now and your initial up front savings is not a metric companies should be using to determine what it will cost. There is SOOOOooo much more involved in determining cost and rushing to accept some snot nosed sales dwebs pitch is the absolutely worst way to go. I have seen 10000s of businesses rush to install some product only to see $0 cost savings vs what they would have gotten had they gone with an onsite solution. Cloud solutions are good but they are NOT better than on prem as we continue to see ‘EVERY’ day. Cloud providers use weak security and cheap labor with cheap products. Its amazing to me anyone would recommend a cloud solution over on prem without actually having a clue.
